We want you to try Kakira without risk. If it doesn't work for you, email us within 90 days of your order and we'll refund you in full.

What's covered

Any order placed directly on try-kakira.com. You have 90 days from the date you ordered. You don't need to send the soap back, and you don't need to explain why — though if you tell us, it helps us improve.

How to request a refund

Email help@try-kakira.com with your name and order number, or use the contact form on our site. We'll reply within one business day to confirm.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, including what you paid for shipping. Most are processed within 5 business days, and your bank may take a few days more to show it.

The only exceptions

Orders placed through a retailer or reseller rather than directly with us — those are handled by wherever you bought them.
